Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This Consent is given by the user upon registration in the BondScan service (bondscan.ru/app/) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (Федеральный закон от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных»). This Consent is a separate and independent document and is not combined with the User Agreement.

  • e-mail address;
  • account data (including settings and portfolio);
  • IP address and technical connection data;
  • service usage data.

3. List of actions and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification, use, deletion and depersonalisation (обезличивание), both by automated and by non-automated means.

4. Purposes of processing

  • creation and maintenance of the account;
  • provision of the service functionality and support;
  • performance of obligations to the user.

5. Term and procedure for withdrawal

This Consent is valid for the entire period of use of the service and until the purposes of processing are achieved. The Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to the operator's e-mail info@bondscan.ru. After withdrawal, the operator ceases processing and deletes or depersonalises the data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Rights of the subject

The user has been informed of the rights provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ (including the right of access, rectification and deletion of data and the right to withdraw consent), as well as of the Privacy Policy.

By ticking the consent box upon registration, the user confirms that they give this Consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest.
