User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Vladimirovich Dontsov (ИП Донцов Сергей Владимирович) (hereinafter, the “Operator”) and the user of the BondScan service (bondscan.ru, bondscan.ru/app/).
1. Subject matter
The Operator provides the user with access to the bond analytics service on the terms of this Agreement. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
2. Nature of the information
All data and analytical materials are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute individual investment advice or a public offer (публичная оферта). Investments involve risk; past performance does not guarantee future results. Decisions are made by the user independently.
3. Account
The user undertakes to provide accurate data upon registration and not to transfer access to the account to third parties.
4. Tariffs and payment
The price and terms of paid subscriptions are set out on the website. The Operator is entitled to change the tariffs by giving notice on the website.
5. Liability
The Operator is not liable for the user's investment decisions made on the basis of information provided by the service.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
