This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for the processing and protection of personal data of the users of the website bondscan.ru (hereinafter, the “Website”) and of the related application bondscan.ru/app/.

4. Legal grounds

5. Retention period

Personal data is stored for the entire period of validity of the account and operation of the service, that is, until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the subject withdraws consent, unless a different period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted or depersonalised (обезличивание).

6. Rights of the personal data subject

  • to demand rectification, blocking or deletion of the data;
  • to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • to appeal against the actions of the operator to Roskomnadzor (Роскомнадзор) or in court.

7. Transfer of data and localisation

The primary processing and storage of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation. The data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The procedure for the use of cookies is described in the Cookie Notice. Analytics cookies (Yandex.Metrica) are enabled only after you give your consent.

9. Changes to the Policy
